Job Overview This position is responsible for full performance complex work supporting information technology application(s) through planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, and providing ongoing optimization and support. Duties include providing front line support to end users through analyzing and diagnosing problems and determining a solution. This position may perform lead work over lower-level staff. Qualifications EDUCATION - High School or GED EXPERIENCE - Minimum of four (4) years of related experience is required. EPIC Analyst experience preferred EQUIVALENCY - An Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field may substitute for the required experience CERTIFICATION(S) - Epic certification in primary application will be required within four months of hire. Team members will be sent to Epic for mandatory training and will be given two attempts to pass certification testing to maintain employment Applicants with Epic Cheers certification strongly preferred.
