We offer employees the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects while developing professionally in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Responsibilities Prepare civil engineering designs, plans, reports, and technical documents.Support land development projects from planning and entitlement through construction.Develop and review construction documents and project deliverables.Respond to plan check comments and agency review comments.Research and apply local agency standards, codes, and design requirements.Support project schedules, budgets, and internal design deadlines.Review plans and technical documents for quality, accuracy, and compliance.Assist with construction administration support and RFI responses as needed.Mentor and support junior designers and engineering staff.Manage multiple design assignments while meeting deadlines and project objectives.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.4+ years of civil engineering design and land development experience preferred.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required.Knowledge of Southern California agency standards and permitting processes preferred.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and public agencies.Previous experience mentoring junior staff preferred.California PE license preferred, but not required unless applicable to the final role level.Experience with healthcare, higher education, civic, commercial, industrial, residential, or mixed-use developments is a plus.Why Join Latitude 33?
