Our success is driven by our employee-owners, and we're excited to have you be a part of it.The Impact You'll Have:Alliant Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer on our Land Development team at our Minneapolis office.As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will use your technical and management skills to lead a multidisciplinary team, delivering multimodal projects for our clients. Utilize your technical skills by being hands‑on during the design process, providing technical direction and expertise to the project team. Use your project management skills for planning, organizing, monitoring, and directing work activities and budgets.You will participate in business development opportunities, including preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and engaging in marketing activities to grow your client network.
