The organization is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead site design work and serve as a technical resource and mentor within the group.ScheduleFull time, onsite in Cambridge, MA.Compensation$120,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experience.What You'll DoThe Senior Civil Engineer leads site design from concept through construction documents on land development and building projects, and designs and directs stormwater management and utility systems. This role prepares site permitting applications and supporting reports at the local, state, and federal levels, and issues documents for construction while staying engaged through construction administration.This person also mentors project staff and runs internal quality reviews across disciplines, serving as a technical resource for the broader team on complex site design and permitting questions.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) license10+ years of experience in site and land development designProficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCADExperience with stormwater management and utility system designExperience preparing site permitting applications at local, state, and federal levelsPreferred QualificationsExperience mentoring or leading project staffExperience running cross-disciplinary quality reviewsBackground working in an integrated architecture and engineering firmCompensation and Benefits$120,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experienceEmployee ownership stakeMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time off#J-18808-Ljbffr
