This position is open to someone in Eastern Wisconsin that would be open to reporting into the Pewaukee Wisconsin office a few days per week before being able to work fully from home, if desired.This OpportunityManage multiple projects for a variety of clients throughout eastern WisconsinCollaborate with variety of disciplines with SEH to solve challenges and provide solutionsRepresent SEH with local governments, municipalities and other agencies at project and public meetingsProvide direct supervision of assigned staff, including work planning, coaching, and performance feedbackPartner with business development staff to present proposals to clients, interview for projects, and select project teamsHybrid work environment with potential to be fully remoteEssential QualificationsBachelor's degree in civil engineering or relatedWorking knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and other computer software programsResiding within 50 miles of Delafield WIAbility to report into the Delafield office in the beginning with potential to be fully remote after a few monthsExperience being lead project manager on municipal and/or roadway projectsPreferred QualificationsAbility to develop new business opportunities and win project workWorking with multiple municipalitiesThe want and ability to coach and mentor junior level technical and engineering staffWho We AreBetter Places.
