In this role, you'll:

• Lead transportation design projects from planning through final design.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and fee proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development efforts.
• Review engineering designs, plans, and technical documents for quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate project schedules and oversee engineering staff.
• Ensure projects meet client expectations, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to successful project delivery.

We're looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain South Dakota licensure.
• 5–10 years of transportation design experience.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MicroStation and OpenRoads.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.
