We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team in a Project Manager capacity. Position Overview

• Lead land development projects from concept through completion• Manage budgets, schedules, project scopes, and resource allocation• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted project advisor• Oversee proposals, contracts, and financial performance• Coordinate with civil, surveying, planning, and environmental teams• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff• Ensure quality control, compliance, and project excellence• Support business development and growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required• 5-10+ years of land development or civil engineering experience• Proven project management and client leadership experience• Expertise in site design, grading, drainage, and utilities• Strong budgeting, proposal, and financial management skills• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
