What You'll Do

• Develop detailed, accurate cost estimates for a range of civil construction projects
• Review RFPs, drawings, and specifications
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather competitive pricing
• Identify project risks, constraints, and opportunities to refine bid strategies
• Track and analyze project costs, contributing to the continuous improvement of estimating practices
• Stay current on industry trends, labor rates, and material costs

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in civil, road, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong background in earthwork estimating
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency with construction estimating software
• A proactive mindset and a passion for learning and growth
