About the job Senior Civil Project ManagerSenior Civil Project EngineerWe are seeking a Senior Civil Project Engineer to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona . This is a key technical role for an experienced engineer who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings. The successful candidate will work on complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects and serve as a leader and mentor within multi‑disciplinary teams.Role Overview:This position will focus on the planning, design, and delivery of a wide range of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Assignments will include system master planning, concept refinement, detailed design, and preparation of construction documents. You will also be responsible for regulatory coordination, public outreach, and client engagement to ensure successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead engineering design for municipal and private‑sector water/wastewater projectsCollaborate with and mentor engineering team membersPrepare and review project scopes, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and public stakeholdersEnsure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of plans, calculations, and construction documentsSupport proposal development and project pursuit strategiesParticipate in public presentations and client meetingsOversee technical execution to meet deadlines and exceed client expectationsPromote corporate standards for safety, quality, and productivityRequired Qualifications:B.S. in Civil EngineeringArizona PE license , or ability to obtain quickly8+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater designStrong technical background in:Water distribution and wastewater collectionPump/lift station and well site designMaster planning and hydraulic modelingDemonstrated leadership and team mentoring capabilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsiciency in relevant industry design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D)Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across disciplinesFamiliarity with regulatory agency processes and permitting in Arizona#J-18808-Ljbffr
