Review and authorize work completed by engineers, designers, and specialists.
Contribute to cost estimating and proposal development.
Support project execution strategies.
Lead CSA teams, plan and coordinate work, and monitor progress.
Ensure quality deliverables are produced on time and within budget.
Mentor and develop team members.
Support performance management and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Microsoft Access or Visio is a plus.

Essential:
Bachelors degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or related discipline.
Active Professional Engineer (PE) licensure where required by law.
10+ years of relevant CSA experience, including 3+ years in technical or project leadership.
Strong knowledge of codes, regulations, manufacturing standards, and industry best practices.
Demonstrated experience establishing discipline work processes, leading teams, delivering complex engineering packages, and supporting project closeout.
Experience with project estimating and technical proposal development.
Formal training in leadership and project execution.
