Senior Claims Legal Consultant

They seek to hire a Senior Claims Legal Consultant to operate as the technical expert for highly severe and complex claims. Serve as a key technical resource for complex claims, coverage, litigation, and emerging legal issues while partnering with leadership and counsel to mitigate risk—an excellent opportunity to put your legal expertise to work in a highly visible, impactful role!

In this role, you will:

• Oversee complex, high-exposure casualty claims and litigation
• Advise on coverage, reserves, legal strategy, and risk
• Monitor legal trends and ensure compliance
• Provide technical training and claim audits

To be qualified, you must have:

• 8+ years of complex, casualty claims experience
• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Ability to travel
• Advanced industry designations are preferred
