Description:
- The primary responsibility is investigating, analyzing, resolving, trending, and implementing corrective actions for product complaints.
- Perform complaint investigations and support resolution of complaints and CAPAs.
- Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of complaint investigation experience preferred, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; experience with Trackwise is a plus.
