Senior Client Accounting Services (CAS) Associate

We are seeking a Senior CAS Associate to manage client accounting portfolios and support monthly bookkeeping and financial reporting activities in a fast-paced accounting environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close for multiple clients
• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness
• Review junior staff work and provide guidance and feedback
• Serve as a resource for QuickBooks Online and accounting-related questions
• Communicate directly with clients regarding accounting requests and reporting
• Support process improvements, onboarding, and advisory service initiatives
• Utilize cloud-based and AI-assisted accounting tools effectively

Requirements:

• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience (ProAdvisor certification preferred)
• Solid understanding of reconciliations and month-end close
• Experience in cloud-based accounting environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Public accounting or multi-client CAS experience
• Experience mentoring junior staff
• Payroll exposure and familiarity with practice management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
