Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Sr. Client Accounts Specialist managing a portfolio of client accounts and accounts receivable activity
Partner with attorneys and clients to resolve past-due balances, billing disputes, and payment issues
Develop collection strategies, payment plans, and recommendations that improve cash flow and reduce risk
Analyze account histories, financial trends, and collection performance to identify opportunities for resolution
Maintain accurate portfolio records within Aderant and ARCS while ensuring timely follow-up

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Sr. Client Accounts Specialist, Collections Specialist, Credit Analyst, or related accounts receivable professional
Commercial collections and credit management experience required
Law firm or professional services industry experience strongly preferred
Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Aderant, ARCS, or comparable financial systems
Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
