What is the Opportunity?
As Senior Client Data Platform Product Owner, you will report directly to the Director of WealthX and play a critical role in driving the strategic vision and execution of our client data platform. This position is essential to WealthX's success, serving as the central hub for client data management and enabling teams across the organization to effectively integrate with and leverage client data in their applications and workflows. You will own the client data roadmap, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure seamless integration of client data across the enterprise.
What will you do?
Own and drive the client data roadmap - Define the strategic direction and prioritization of the client data platform to meet evolving business needs
Lead cross-functional collaboration - Partner with teams across the organization to understand how they can best utilize client data and integrate with the platform
Provide leadership on Account Onboarding - Play a key leadership role in the Account Onboarding project, ensuring alignment with broader client data platform strategy
Work directly with the developer team - Collaborate with engineering to prioritize, scope, and size work for each release, ensuring realistic timelines and high-quality execution
Drive adoption and integration - Champion the adoption of the client data platform across the organization and ensure smooth integration with other systems and workflows
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
2+ years of product management experience
Domain expertise in Master Data Management (MDM)
Experience with client onboarding data
Experience working with real-time data integrations
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Nice to have:
Experience in financial services or wealth management
Knowledge of data governance and quality standards
Familiarity with API frameworks and integration patterns
Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams
Background in enterprise data platforms

For Minnesota: The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $90,000 - $160,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
