Position Overview
Cambridge Associates is seeking a dynamic and experienced client relationship management professional to join our Global Client Solutions team, in the capacity of a Client Director. The Client Director will be an active partner to a dedicated private client investment team in supporting private client relationships. This role is primarily responsible for cultivating, deepening, and retaining client relationships, driving new business, and delivering exceptional service to the team's ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
As Client Director, you will play a key role in supporting a Boston-based investment team that functions as the dedicated investment office for 13 first/second generation family offices across the U.S., Canada, Central America, and Europe. The team manages portfolios ranging from $300 million to over $7 billion, with more than $19 billion in client assets under management. Renowned for consistently delivering top decile/quartile returns, the team has achieved significant organic growth through client referrals and strong networks within the family office community

Base salary range for this role:
Pay Range Minimum:

Pay Range Maximum:
246800
In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package. Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
