We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Associate to support our growing client base and deliver an exceptional service experience. This role will act as a senior point of contact for clients, oversee account operations, support advisors, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client service activities and account administration
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Process account openings, transfers, and maintenance requests
- Coordinate client meetings and prepare supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance standards
- Partner with advisors and operations teams to support client needs
- Assist in onboarding and training junior staff
- Contribute to operational improvements and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of client service experience in financial services or wealth management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM and custodial platforms preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
