The Senior Clinical Care Coordinator will play an integral role in the functioning of the team, which delivers an improved care experience to the patients we serve, while enabling the organization to successfully deliver on its organizational value oriented/accountable care commitments. The Senior Clinical Care Coordinator''s primary responsibility will be to deliver on these priorities through patient care coordination, navigation and support of quality workflows.

Required qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or
  • Coursework/Training: Completion of a registered apprenticeship program or
  • Coursework/Training: Completion of post-secondary education with a clinical externship
  • 2 years of Healthcare experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Medical Assistant Certification - through a recognized organization such as AAMA, AMT, RMA, CCMA or NCCT upon hire
  • 3 years of work experience in an outpatient/clinic/ambulatory setting.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
