Work Location: Arizona – 100% Onsite
Direct Hire Role
Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours/week
Travel: Required between multiple clinic/site locations

Pay Range: $85-100K P.A

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Inventory Control Analyst with healthcare supply chain or procurement experience to manage medical supply inventory, purchasing, vendor coordination, and supply chain operations across multiple healthcare locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to identify supply needs and preferences.
• Place orders, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate distribution of supplies across departments and locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and transaction records.
• Analyze inventory data to reduce waste, control costs, and improve availability.
• Resolve supply shortages, discrepancies, and supply chain disruptions.
• Ensure proper storage and regulatory compliance for medical supplies.
• Support development and implementation of inventory policies and procedures.
• Manage multiple projects and participate in weekly operational meetings.
• Coordinate deliveries and provide vendor access at various sites.
• Perform physical inventory activities, including walking and lifting.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare supply chain management or procurement experience.
• 1+ year of contract execution experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong inventory management, procurement, vendor management, and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with computer systems and data analysis applications.
• Ability to interpret inventory and operational data.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical supply storage and management.
• Ability to travel between multiple Arizona locations.

Required

• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Active Arizona Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, walk, and perform physical inventory-related activities.
• Completion of required vaccinations and N95 fit testing as applicable.
