Make an Impact as a Senior Clinical Trial Manager at Worldwide

As a Senior Clinical Trial Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading clinical site management activities that help bring innovative therapies to patients who need them most. Your leadership will directly support the successful execution clinical trials, ensuring quality, efficiency, and excellence from study start-up through closeout.

Working closely with sponsors, CRAs, and cross-functional project teams, you'll serve as a key strategic partner responsible for driving clinical monitoring activities and delivering high-quality outcomes. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while guiding teams through complex clinical research programs in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Where You'll Work

This is a remote role open to candidates based in United States. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

Travel up to 25% is required to support study and site management activities.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and provide direction to Clinical Research Associates and site management team members throughout the full study lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary Site Management representative for clinical monitoring and site activities across assigned projects.
  • Act as a key sponsor-facing contact, building strong partnerships and ensuring effective communication throughout study execution.
  • Oversee monitoring deliverables to support study objectives, quality expectations, and budget requirements.
  • Identify and manage out-of-scope activities while proactively communicating potential impacts and solutions.
  • Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of clinical site management activities.
  • Support high-quality study conduct by providing leadership, guidance, and operational oversight to project teams.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or Nursing Degree, plus 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, Clinical Trial Lead, or equivalent role.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%; valid passport required.
  • Required experience supporting Psychiatry clinical trials.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and support remote teams.

The salary range for this position is annually (For hourly paid positions, the stated salary range reflects hourly rates):

United States of America - $112,000.00 - $222,000.00

The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package depending on location. We ensure pay equity and transparency and comply with all applicable labor laws. Salary information will be discussed during the interview process, and we encourage candidates to inquire about compensation at any stage.
