Senior CLM Consultant (Freelance)

Job Description & Summary

Join our CLM Consulting Team and take a key role in a strategic, high‑impact contract lifecycle management transformation for one of PwC's flagship clients.

This engagement is delivered as a two‑phase program, starting with requirements discovery, stakeholder workshops, vendor collaboration, and solution selection, followed by a full CLM implementation and project delivery. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and supporting both strategic decision‑making and execution.

For a new client assignment, we are looking for:

Senior CLM Consultant (freelance)

Your future role:

• Leading or supporting enterprise‑scale CLM transformation initiatives across industries,
• Acting as a trusted advisor to client Legal, Procurement, IT, and Business stakeholders,
• Leading requirements discovery, business process analysis, and target‑state design,
• Translating business objectives into structured functional and technical specifications,
• Collaborating with technology vendors and internal delivery teams during solution selection and implementation,
• Supporting platform configuration, testing, training, change management, and go‑live activities,
• Providing post‑implementation advisory support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Apply if you have:

• Solid experience in contract lifecycle management, with a strong understanding of key CLM processes (authoring, negotiation, approvals, execution, obligation management, renewals, reporting),
• Proven background in consulting or project‑based environments, working with multiple senior stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, IT, and Business,
• Hands‑on experience with at least one enterprise CLM platform (e.g. Icertis, Sirion, Agiloft, Conga, Coupa, SAP Ariba, DocuSign CLM, ServiceNow for Legal, low‑code platforms),
• Ability to lead requirements discovery, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into clear user stories or functional specifications,
• Experience supporting CLM configuration and solution design (workflows, clause libraries, metadata models),
• Comfort working at the intersection of business, technology, and vendors, including solution evaluation and implementation support,
• Nice‑to‑have: exposure to integrations (ERP/CRM), data migration, reporting/analytics, and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Excel, Power BI).
