Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud platforms supporting SaaS applications. The role focuses on AWS/Azure, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cloud-native REST APIs using Python, Go, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Build and manage Docker containers and Helm charts for Kubernetes/OpenShift.

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

• Develop serverless solutions using AWS CDK, Lambda, API Gateway, and ECS/Fargate.

• Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and GitOps practices.

• Monitor and optimize cloud applications using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Elasticsearch/Loki.

• Support cloud-native technologies including PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.

• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve scalability, reliability, and security.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Cloud/Infrastructure Engineering experience.

• Strong AWS and/or Azure experience; multi-cloud preferred.

• Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript API development.

• Strong Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Helm experience.

• Hands-on Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.

• Knowledge of AWS SDK/Boto3 and AWS CDK preferred.

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Elasticsearch/Loki, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of GitOps, cloud security, secrets, storage, and identity services.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
