Serve as the owner's representative overseeing commercial interior, renovation, and capital improvement projects throughout a large portfolio of office assets. Manage projects from initial planning and budgeting through construction, closeout, and occupancy. Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Review project schedules, budgets, subcontractor buyouts, change orders, and construction progress. Lead construction meetings and provide regular updates regarding project status, risks, and milestones. Oversee MEP systems, building infrastructure upgrades, and facilities-related improvements. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards. Support leasing and asset management initiatives through delivery of tenant improvements, spec suites, and amenity space renovations. Conduct site visits throughout the DC Metro area to monitor active projects and contractor performance. Assist in developing project scopes, contractor selection strategies, and procurement activities.

10-12+ years of construction management, general contracting, or owner's representative experience. Strong background managing commercial interior construction projects. Significant experience with MEP systems, building infrastructure, and facilities-related projects. Experience working for a general contractor, construction manager, owner's representative firm, or a combination of environments. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across occupied commercial properties. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. Local knowledge of the DC Metro construction market is highly desirable.
