Job Summary
Senior CNC programming role supporting aerospace and gas turbine manufacturing, focused on multi-axis machining, process optimization, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Create CNC programs from CAD models and engineering drawings
Support production for aerospace and turbine components
Work on 3, 4, 5-axis machines, lathes, EDM, and mill/turn equipment
Assist in fixture design and tooling selection
Validate programs through first article inspection and prototyping
Troubleshoot machining issues and improve efficiency/tool life
Optimize and revise CNC programs for cycle time and accuracy
Develop machining procedures and ensure program control
Support design changes, cost improvements, and production challenges
Train junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams
