Senior CNO/Software Developer
Columbia, MD
TS/SCI CI Poly
$200K to $250K
Responsibilities:
- Support mission operations through embedded engineering, capability integration, and rapid prototyping
- Develop and integrate cutting-edge CNO capabilities
- Research software and hardware vulnerabilities
- Document findings and present technical recommendations
- Build proof-of-concept tools and software prototypes
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 7–10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience with C/C++ and Python
- Experience programming in Assembly (any architecture)
- Background in vulnerability research, reverse engineering, or exploit development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cybersecurity, AI/ML, cloud computing, or full-stack development
- Familiarity with Linux, Windows, or mobile platforms
- Experience with x86, ARM, or MIPS Assembly
- DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (CySA+, GSEC, SSCP, GICSP, etc.)
