Responsibilities: of the Senior Collaboration & Network Engineer: Lead technical engagements involving enterprise networking, unified communications, security, and infrastructure modernization initiatives. Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complex routing, switching, voice, and collaboration technologies. Design, implement, and optimize highly available network and communications solutions while driving operational excellence. Develop automation and orchestration solutions using APIs, scripting, and DevOps methodologies to increase efficiency. Mentor technical teams, create documentation, and deliver knowledge transfer for long-term customer success. Qualifications: of the Senior Collaboration & Network Engineer: Active Secret Security Clearance required. 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise networking and unified communications environments. CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration, or equivalent advanced networking certification preferred. Extensive experience with call management platforms, instant messaging and presence solutions, voice gateways, SIP, H.323, MGCP, PSTN connectivity, CUBE, and enterprise UC environments. Advanced knowledge of routing and switching, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networking, spanning tree, firewall policies, lifecycle management, Linux and Windows Server administration, virtualization, Docker, GitHub, and API-driven automation. Compensation: for the Senior Collaboration & Network Engineer includes: Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off.
