The Senior Collector will focus on managing and resolving accounts receivable for the legal department, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong client relationships in the professional services industry. This role is based in New York.

Description

  • Analyze and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve outstanding balances.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on collection activities and account statuses.
  • Monitor aging reports and prioritize collections to meet departmental goals.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance collection efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding collections.
