We're looking for a commercially astute and people-focused leader to join our team as Senior Commercial Business Partner.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you'll lead Humes' commercial business partnering function and play a key role in improving business performance across the P&L. Leading a team of Commercial Business Partners, Analysts and Pricing specialists, you'll help drive better decisions, stronger commercial outcomes and a culture of accountability.

You'll lead the annual budget and forecasting process, oversee business performance reporting, and help turn complex information into clear commercial actions. You'll also play a key role in developing the capability of the commercial team and lifting the quality of commercial support provided to the business.

We're looking for someone who knows how to turn numbers into action. Someone with the credibility to challenge thinking, the judgement to make sound commercial calls, and the ability to bring others with them.

What you'll bring

• CA or CPA qualification.
• Degree in Commerce, Finance or related discipline.
• Proven experience in senior commercial finance, business partnering or commercial leadership roles.
• A track record of improving business performance.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Strong planning, forecasting and performance management capability.
• The ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations and actions.
