Job Description
Location: Dallas, TX
Seeking a Sr. Commercial Construction Project Manager who is an experienced leader to oversee commercial projects from planning through completion.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of construction management experience.
- Recent direct employment with a medium-to-large commercial general contractor.
- Project financial management, GMP/preconstruction, subcontractor buyout, scheduling, and full project lifecycle experience.
