Position Summary
The Sr Commercial Contract Specialist is responsible for managing the full quote-to-contract lifecycle, ensuring pricing accuracy, contract compliance, and operational efficiency. This role bridges Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Customer Service to ensure that commercial terms, pricing models, and contract structures align with both customer expectations and company profitability goals.
In addition to contract management, this position plays a key role in pricing development, quotation analysis, and commercial strategy, helping the organization optimize deal structures and improve the efficiency of the sales contracting process.
