Senior Commercial Electrical Foreman — EV Infrastructure

A Day In The Life
You’ll kick off the day aligning with project teams, reviewing site conditions, and prioritizing safety. From there, you’ll lead commercial installs, put your 480V and 3‑phase troubleshooting prowess to work, and ensure everything meets the NEC. You’ll coach apprentices and helpers, keep jobs moving independently when needed, and uphold our commitment to craftsmanship and reliability.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and assist with all phases of commercial electrical installation.
- Inspect systems, wiring, and equipment to spot issues before they escalate.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to deliver the right electrical solutions.
- Model safety: wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses; respirator when needed) and enforce safe work practices.
- Apply electrical codes and safety standards consistently on every task.
Must‑Have Expertise
- 7+ years functioning as a Lead Electrician.
- Proven, advanced troubleshooting at 480 volts.
- Hands‑on mastery with commercial 3‑phase systems.
- Comfort working independently and owning outcomes.
- Ability to mentor apprentices and electrical helpers.
Qualifications
- Journeyman electrician license or 7+ years of Lead Electrician experience.
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
- Residence in or near Boca Raton, FL.
- Availability for 8–14 hour workdays as project needs dictate.
- Solid command of the NEC and related regulations.
- 10+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience overall.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and tools; proficient with industry-standard instruments.
- Clean driving record.
- Driven, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented.
