TWC Services Inc. is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technicians to support our growing service team.
We are looking for strong commercial technicians with experience servicing HVAC and refrigeration systems in restaurants and commercial environments. This is a senior-level role for technicians who can work independently, troubleshoot confidently, and provide strong customer service in the field.

What You'll Work On:
- RTUs
- Walk-ins & freezers
- Reach-ins
- Ice machines
- Split systems
- Commercial refrigeration systems
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
- Handle customer-facing service work professionally
- Complete accurate service documentation
- Support and mentor junior technicians when needed
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience working independently in the field
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in restaurant or commercial service environments preferred
Preferred Experience:
- Refrigeration controls
- Restaurant environments
- Hot side exposure is a plus
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for technicians who are comfortable handling service calls independently and providing high-quality service to commercial customers.
