Senior Commercial Leak Detection & Repair Supervisor
Location: Minnesota RMM (Service) Division
Compensation: $40 – $50 per hour, based on experience
Is this you?
- Do you prefer fast-moving service calls over long production installs?
- Can you spot the source of a leak across EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, or modified bitumen—and fix it right the first time?
- Are you comfortable leading a 1–2 person crew while staying hands-on?
- Do you communicate clearly with facility managers and owners and document work in a mobile app?
- Are you safety-driven and fluent in OSHA practices?
What you’ll do
- Perform investigations, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial roofing systems.
- Scope, price (as applicable), and document repairs with photos and notes.
- Lead and mentor a small service team while completing work alongside them.
- Spot and communicate additional service opportunities during site visits.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergencies when needed.
- Work safely, adhering to OSHA and company safety procedures.

Minimum qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial roofing service experience (repairs and diagnostics).
- Ability to independently locate and repair roof leaks.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- OSHA knowledge and strong safety awareness.
- Comfort using a mobile device for photos, inspections, and service reports.
- Dependable, detail-focused, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Experience leading or mentoring a small crew preferred.
