We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our Commercial Producers and carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all parties involved. Key Responsibilities - Market new and existing business to carriers, independently and with Sales Executives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Collaborate on new business and renewal strategies; participate in client and carrier meetings
- Prepare professional proposals and renewal summaries using AMS360
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation
- Issue complex Certificates of Insurance and review contracts
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate records in the agency management system
- Service assigned book of business, including coverage reviews and client inquiries
