Senior Commercial Litigation Associate

Our client, a leading California mid-size law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate with 6–8 years of experience to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants BigLaw-level matters without the BigLaw lifestyle. You'll work on high-stakes commercial disputes for sophisticated clients, take ownership of matters, handle substantive court appearances and depositions, and have a clear path toward first-chair trial opportunities and a lead attorney role within 2–3 years.

What We're Looking For

• 6–8 years of commercial litigation experience at a reputable firm
• Active California Bar license
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong motion practice and hearing experience
• Experience managing complex discovery and taking/defending depositions
• Genuine interest in developing into a lead trial attorney
