Kingdom Roofing Systems is hiring a Senior Commercial Site Superintendent to lead commercial and multifamily roofing projects across Central Indiana.
If you have strong experience in commercial construction or low-slope roofing and are ready to take full ownership of jobsite execution, this is a high-impact leadership role with clear growth potential.
What You'll Do
- Oversee multiple commercial roofing projects from start to finish
- Lead and manage subcontractors and installation crews on-site
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
- Coordinate with estimating, sales, and operations teams
- Identify and solve jobsite issues quickly to avoid delays
- Conduct final inspections and project closeouts
- Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams
- Enforce OSHA and safety compliance on all job sites
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction or roofing
- 2+ years in a leadership role (foreman, supervisor, superintendent)
- Experience managing multiple projects and crews at once
- Strong knowledge of low-slope or commercial roofing systems
- Ability to lead teams, hold accountability, and solve problems fast
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable working in the field, including heights and weather conditions
Pay & Benefits
- $70,000 - $80,000 salary (based on experience)
