Senior Communications Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the digital transformation space, is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to join their team. As a Senior Communications Manager, you will be part of the Enterprise Digital department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent storytelling skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Location: Saint Louis, MO

What's the Job?
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with enterprise digital initiatives.
  • Create compelling content including newsletters, executive updates, and digital transformation stories.
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency and clarity across all channels.
  • Identify narrative opportunities and elevate storytelling to inspire and inform the organization.
  • Support change management efforts through targeted communication plans and materials.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications, marketing communications, or related areas.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement communication strategies for enterprise initiatives.
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Canva, Poppulo, and familiarity with AI tools like Microsoft Co Pilot.
