Position Summary: Administer compensation programs and provide support to Human Resource representatives regarding compensation issues or requests. Support the Compensation team on a variety of annual projects including compensation program design, merit and incentive cycle and market survey analysis.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree with concentration in Human Resources, Business or Finance
Work Experience:
4 years of Compensation experience
CCP or similar certification preferred
Experience analyzing data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions.
Knowledge and Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS Systems, and compensation tools (ADP and CompXL experience a plus)
Strong analytical skills, data interpretation skills, and a high level of attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with HR partners and business leaders
Demonstrated knowledge of compensation structures, job architecture, market pricing, and pay equity (Mercer experience preferred)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the company
