This Sr. Compliance & Ethics Program Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of Goodyear's global Compliance & Ethics program, ensuring effective case management, reporting, and compliance processes. The position manages compliance systems, vendor relationships, and ethics hotline activities while leveraging data analytics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to communicate insights that strengthen program effectiveness.

What You Will Do

  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Compliance & Ethics program, including policies, training, awareness initiatives, and investigations.
  • Review compliance inquiries and disclosures, provide guidance, and route matters to appropriate subject matter experts when needed.
  • Administer the ethics and compliance case management system, including user access, case assignments, escalations, training support, and quality reviews.
  • Develop and maintain compliance reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations by analyzing hotline, investigation, and program data.
  • Manage relationships with compliance vendors and oversee compliance platforms, ensuring data integrity and resolving system-related issues.
  • Support compliance initiatives, training tracking, process enhancements, and activities that promote ethical behavior and a speak-up culture.

What We 're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, accounting, compliance, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in compliance, audit, human resources, or related field
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting
  • Proficient with MS PowerPoint and Excel, Spreadsheets, Tableau and data reporting tools
  • Strong project, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to independently handle multiple tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and develop process efficiencies where required.
  • Effective communications skills (written/verbal) - Able to present ideas/information clearly/persuasively to a wide-range of audiences
