Senior Concrete Superintendent (Project Based)

This is an opportunity to join a team known for executing demanding projects where strong field leadership and operational discipline make a measurable difference. We support commercial and industrial builds with large in-house field crews and a hands-on approach to delivering complex concrete work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

In this role, you will help lead major concrete operations on high-profile commercial and industrial projects. The position is centered on driving execution in the field, balancing production goals with quality expectations, and serving as a key point of coordination across customers and internal project teams. It is well suited to a superintendent who understands how to keep large self-perform concrete projects moving while maintaining strong communication and sound construction judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, schedules, budgets, manpower utilization, and production rates.
• Manage customers and communicate internally with project teams and externally with customers.
• Understand constructability, mix designs, and place-and-finish.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of superintendent-level commercial concrete construction experience.
• Experience on large commercial and industrial flatwork projects, including large commercial data center, distribution center, or warehouse concrete projects.
• Background self-performing concrete with in-house manpower rather than managing subcontractors.
• Experience managing construction schedules, budgets, manpower utilization, and production rates.
• Knowledge of concrete constructability, mix designs, and place-and-finish operations.
• Experience managing GCs and owners, coordinating with internal project teams, and handling customer communication on active commercial concrete jobs.
• Willingness to travel 100% to out-of-state data center or warehouse projects.
• Holding an American Concrete Institute (ACI) flatwork credential, such as Concrete Flatwork Associate, Concrete Flatwork Finisher / Technician, or Advanced Concrete Flatwork Finisher, is a plus.
