How You Will Make An Impact

• Support the implementation, operationalization, and continuous improvement of an enterprise Configuration Management Program.
• Develop, document, and maintain technical configuration standards, baselines, procedures, and control requirements.
• Monitor enterprise technology environments for configuration deviations and identify unauthorized or higher-risk conditions.
• Coordinate remediation activities with infrastructure, application, security, and technology owners through completion.
• Maintain accurate configuration-management information within CMDB and related platforms.
• Produce metrics, exception reports, risk reporting, and remediation status updates for technical and governance stakeholders.
• Support audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance assessments by gathering evidence and demonstrating configuration-control effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to automate configuration compliance monitoring, reporting, and remediation workflows.
• Investigate technical issues and help develop practical solutions across systems, applications, and infrastructure.

Do You Bring Proven Success in Configuration Management and Technology Compliance?

• 5–7 years of relevant experience across configuration management, vulnerability management, cybersecurity, IT operations, technology risk, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on understanding of enterprise configuration standards, baselines, compliance monitoring, and remediation processes.
• Experience working with CMDB platforms and maintaining accurate configuration or asset information.
• Familiarity with configuration-compliance or security-management tooling used to identify technical deviations and control gaps.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and application environments.
• Experience coordinating remediation activities across multiple technical teams and driving issues through closure.
• Ability to develop and communicate metrics, reporting, exceptions, and technology-risk information.
• Exposure to audits, regulatory reviews, control assessments, or other compliance-driven environments is highly valuable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating effectively across distributed technical teams.
