Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Senior Estimator will lead all estimating and preconstruction activities while helping shape future processes, systems, and team growth.
Lead complete estimating and preconstruction efforts for both ground-up and interior construction projects.
Prepare conceptual estimates, detailed budgets, GMP submissions, and competitive bid proposals.
Perform quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, subcontractor leveling, and bid evaluations.
Develop and expand relationships with subcontractors and suppliers throughout Central Texas.
Support value engineering initiatives and identify opportunities to improve project profitability.
Maintain historical cost databases, pricing information, and market intelligence.
Partner closely with operations teams to ensure seamless project handoffs following award.

For the Senior Estimator we are seeking:
8+ years of commercial construction estimating experience with a general contractor.
Proven experience estimating projects ranging from approximately $1M to $10M.
Strong background across both ground-up construction and tenant improvement projects.
Experience within commercial, retail, restaurant, healthcare, hospitality, or office construction environments.
Deep understanding of the Central Texas subcontractor and supplier market.
Demonstrated success preparing GMPs, conceptual estimates, and detailed bid packages.
Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Procore and familiarity with Sage or similar construction software platforms.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across operations, field, and executive leadership teams.
OSHA certifications and a valid Texas driver's license preferred.
Base salary of $120,000 - $145,000 depending on experience.
