Summary:
Join the national In-building PMO team, interfacing with submarket teams, enterprise sales teams, and senior leadership teams. Help build the foundation that keeps Client's in front of the competition by managing the implementation of enterprise in-building projects and distributed antenna systems. These projects require interaction at the Director/VP level and development of Executive dashboards and presentations.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all internal/external stakeholders and the project from inception to delivery and acceptance.
  • Coordinate and manage site walks to gather information related to RF, RE, A&E, Transport, power, etc., while keeping project costs minimal.
  • Lead project update meetings for leadership and find creative ways to resolve problems.
  • Utilize agile project management practices to deliver on-time from project initiation to deployment.
  • Manage turnkey vendors from design to implementation.
  • Project manage the entire back-end process for enterprise projects until the system is on-air and handed over to appropriate teams.
  • Ensure all Network Methods and Procedures are updated.
  • Optimize process flows for each flavor of the project.
  • Ensure operational training is secured and executed.
  • Manage project resources, and perform risk assessments and mitigation plans.
  • Drive Operations to the Standard Operating Environment and document process flows.
  • Provide regularly scheduled Executive level reporting.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Seven or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Construction management experience.
  • Prior Client's Wireless experience as a Construction Engineer, Equipment Engineer, or Project Manager.
  • Experience in building and implementation of DAS systems like Corning, JMA, Commscope, Solid, Spidercloud, and DOT systems.
  • Experience leading, managing, and implementing neutral host systems and public safety systems.
  • Experience designing and optimizing iBwave projects and ability to create accurate BOMs.
  • Experience maintaining and addressing punch list items with vendors in a timely manner for acceptance of the systems.
  • Experience designing rack layouts, cable routing, power requirements, etc.
  • Experience working with Transport, regulatory and RF teams to coordinate overall implementation of the project.
  • Experience managing project resources, and performing risk assessments and mitigation plans.
  • Experience in building and implementation of Small Cell systems utilizing Ericson, Nokia, or Samsung OEM equipment.
  • Experience with DAS provisioning, commissioning, integration, troubleshooting, walk testing, and close out packages.
  • Experience working with 3POs and other operators for inbound and outbound collocations on neutral host DAS systems.
  • Ability to optimize process flows for backend process steps in the project.
  • Experience using Confluence and JIRA software.
  • IBwave Level 3 certification.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to project management.
  • Knowledge of LAA, CBRS, 5G products, and implementation in enterprise building.
  • Knowledge of Client's networks, products, and services.
  • Knowledge of Client's In-building deployment program.
  • Experience working with Fuze, Site Tracker, and other internal Telecommunication tools.
  • PMI, Project Management Certification.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $72.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
