Job Summary:
The Senior Construction Engineer provides technical leadership and end-to-end engineering oversight for California transportation infrastructure projects. Serving as the Resident Engineer and/or Structures Representative on federally funded projects, the position ensures construction activities meet quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives while complying with client requirements, California regulations, and Bureau Veritas policies.

Education, Certifications, and Experience (required)
Education: - Bachelor''s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Required Certifications/Licenses: - Professional Engineer (PE) license. - Valid Class C driver''s license. Experience: - Minimum 5 years of construction engineering experience. -- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
Preferred: - Knowledge of ASTM standards, California test methods, environmental permitting, SWPPP, and construction claim process.
