Senior Construction Estimator

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Construction Estimator to join our team in Baltimore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine labor, material, and time requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates
• Review and evaluate cost estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Track and report on project costs and budget variances

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating
• Proficient in construction estimating software and tools
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
