Our client has been in the general contracting, design build and construction management business for over 60 years. Primary responsibilities of the job include:
- Estimating commercial construction
- Prepare, review, and evaluate electrical estimates with an understanding of the scope of work
- Manage bidding process
- Prepare purchase orders and track costs
- Prepare cost analyses
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
A successful candidate will possess the following:
- Seven years of experience in estimating for a general contractor
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must have integrity
Salary Range: $100-135K
