Senior Construction Litigation Attorney

Pay: $250,000.00 per year

Location: Hybrid opportunity based in the Los Angeles, California area.

Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in California and have 8+ years of litigation experience, including at least 3+ years handling construction, business, or real estate litigation matters.

Job Description

• Independently manage a full litigation caseload from intake through resolution.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Develop litigation strategy and provide trusted legal counsel directly to clients.
• Represent clients in construction, business, and real estate disputes.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff to efficiently move matters forward.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the firm's litigation practice.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 8+ years of civil litigation experience.
• 3+ years of construction, business, or real estate litigation experience.
• Experience independently managing complex litigation matters.
• Trial and/or arbitration experience as lead or co-counsel preferred.
• Excellent written, oral, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
