Senior Construction Litigation Attorney

Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search, a Hispanic Women Owned & Operated National Recruiting Firm together with our client, a nationally recognized full-service law firm, is seeking a construction litigation attorney with a minimum of 7+ years of experience to join its Tampa office.

The ideal candidate will have significant complex litigation experience, with construction litigation experience preferred. Candidates should be comfortable managing matters independently from inception through resolution and possess strong interpersonal, research, writing, and courtroom skills. Experience handling hearings and depositions is required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of litigation experience.
• Complex litigation experience required; construction litigation experience preferred.
• Experience handling hearings and depositions.
• Ability to independently manage cases with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrated business development skills.
• Strong written and oral advocacy abilities.
• Florida Bar admission required.
• Full-time, in-office position.
