A key role has emerged in our Program and Project Delivery Services team. We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager who will provide construction site management for all aspects and activities of transmission station and line construction to facilitate project completion within budget, schedule, and scope. You will provide oversight for transmission station and line construction projects to ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State & Local Regulations. You will provide project quality assurance and quality control oversight to ensure adherence to Engineering specifications and standards. You will also provide progress updates on construction activities and milestones to the project team. Your knowledge will guide impactful projects with a high degree of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design, construction, operational readiness, and asset management services. You'll work with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and consultants to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets. You'll be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for our large infrastructure and regulated utility clients.

As Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of proposals, contract development and negotiation, the Construction Plan, planning and design, and oversight over all scope and construction work on the program
• Overseeing the construction work, and coordination with the Development agreement.
• Strategic Leadership: ensure alignment with Jacobs' business, health and safety, project, and quality management processes.
• Strategic Business Planning: Contribute to business and sales planning activities, assist with growth opportunities and innovation, and ensure successful delivery of assigned projects and programs within financial and quality expectations.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, providing innovative solutions that optimize the uptake of Jacobs 'offerings.
• Compliance and Safety: Maintain accountability for program compliance with Jacobs' standards and policies, ensuring the safety and compliance of the entire project team.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with both Jacobs and client stakeholders at all levels, experience working with JV environments, proactively addressing risks, challenges, and guiding through complex issues.
• Solution Integration: Leverage your expertise to identify opportunities for integrating Jacobs' solutions, including strategic planning, Program Management Office, digital transformation, sustainability & decarbonization, engineering, social value & strategic advisory.

Here's what you'll need

• 10+ years' experience with at least 8 years of heavy civil, construction management experience on large scale infrastructure projects transportation projects in a lead role.
• PMP or equivalent will be an asset.
• Education or certification related to construction management will be an asset.
• Experience in executing alternative delivery transportation/construction projects.

Posted Salary Range: Upper

203,100.00

The base salary range for this position is $154,700.00 to $203,100.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
