With a legacy of generational leadership and a deep passion for the craft, they have cultivated a close-knit company culture and a proven track record of successful project delivery.Job DescriptionLead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project progress and any potential issues.Resolve any challenges or conflicts that arise during the construction process efficiently and effectively.Review and manage contracts, invoices, and change orders as needed.Mentor and guide team members to ensure successful project delivery.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
